About the Department:

The Engineering Contracts Department is responsible for issuing project tender documents to bidders via the Etimad platform—following their review and verification by the designated committees—and for finalizing contractual procedures once procurement committees have concluded their work. Additionally, the department handles the processing of contractor payment certificates during or after project execution and manages the physical and electronic archiving of all contractual documentation.
