The General Administration of Projects oversees the vision, engineering contracts, operations, and facility maintenance for University of Jeddah projects, adhering to the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Asset Sustainability Campaign aims to foster a secure and stimulating university environment that drives the achievement of the university's future goals.

Entity Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, operation, and maintenance of university infrastructure and facilities, and implement security and safety requirements to foster a safe and stimulating university environment.

• Monitor the department's institutional performance; submit reports and recommendations; enhance spending efficiency, service quality, and resource conservation; and support decision-making to achieve the university's objectives.

• Overseeing the operations of the departments and units affiliated with the General Administration of Projects and Facilities, and directing their activities to ensure sectoral integration, enhance performance efficiency, and achieve the university's strategic goals.

• Overseeing the management of projects, engineering contracts, operations and maintenance activities, services, and facilities, and ensuring their efficient execution in accordance with approved regulations, bylaws, and standards.

• Developing strategies, implementation plans, and performance indicators; monitoring their execution; and enhancing governance, quality, continuous improvement, and asset sustainability.
